Sign of dementia

I noticed when I post in AF, occasionally what I think and write, words do not align. I would write a word like "lie" and "lay" when I meant "lie".
Or "know" when I meant "now".
I have to proofread to catch the misspellings.
Is it a sign of dementia?

Knowing my defect, I do not disclose it to my younger wife. She gets upset when she hears about my shortcomings.
For Biden, he needs to hide his flaws and show he's in command. American people want to see a leader in control.
Trump seems to do a better job which in his case mocks and bullies others.
