But how does he collect the plaintiff filed bankruptcy long ago and was dead broke.

I doubt he was dead broke and if he hid assets from the bk court, then bingo, so I don't know the details but Skap posted it on FB

Well...on a personal level, I'd say Skap was wronged but true enough the AMC system is corrupt to the core. What other jobber (which is all they are - a middleman) gets 50% cut on doing almost nothing.

Nice to see the courts finally work for the small business man. I would’ve taken a more personal approach, as opposed to the courts, but that’s just me. I’m happy for Mark .

Wasn't Coester a "friend" of Hillary? Or merely a big donor who got in a lot of photos? Maybe he can get some of the Haiti/Clinton foundation funds and start an AMC at Por-Au-Prince, they have a shortage of AMCs there and their appraisers probably need some management.
