I did my E&O check and I have 34 warnings. WTF.
I called me out on using Average, Good, Low, etc.
I'm not changing its suggestions.
Cross my finger and hope no problem with my lender.
 
When went through AMC's check, only 5 warnings. I was expecting my adjustments too large and unreasonable but no call out. Yeah!
