Hello all! Here I am ~ ! I believe I finally found my calling... I've earned my Trainee License and enjoying learning all I can about appraisal. It is so fascinating. I have been reading post after post and really appreciate all who share ideas, issues, and solutions here. Also, be aware as you snoop around quantity of posts by some authors DOES NOT equal quality learning of concepts...some of the never-ending rants are like commercials on TV...trying to sell a platform that could lead a newbie astray.
