Does any exist?

I currently use a template in Alamode using their smart adjust feature.

The problem is that I have to input the data in the subjects section to make adjustments. You can easily move comps around, but you can't put a comp in the subjects section due to formatting.

Smart adjust is great for applying adjustments, not so easy to use for deriving the adjustments?

I would like something where I can dump MLS data into the grid and easily switch out and move around comps for comparison.

Are most still using pencil and paper? What are you using for group or match pair analysis?

*I use synapse....not wanting regression.

You could build a grid in Excel, drop it into Rows, and ask Rows to manipulate the data for you...

Just had a rather tedious spreadsheet I had to modify to get into a format compatible with upload syntax. I used Formulabot, but basically, I uploaded the spreadsheet, then told Formulabot what to do with the data in natural language, and it did it. REALLY crazy. This is the instruction I gave it:
"For each row in 'Sheet1': (1) If Column L (Lic_number2) is populated, insert a new row directly below it and copy columns A-H into this row; (2) for the newly created row, replace the data in Columns I and J with the data in columns K and L; (3) for the newly created row, delete columns K-N. If Column N (Lic_number3) is populated, insert a new row directly below it and copy columns A-H into this row; (2) for the newly created row, replace the data in Columns I and J with the data in columns M and N; (3) for the newly created row, delete columns K-N."

Wow! Thanks for the post. Very interesting software.

Ask AI how to map a spreadsheet for this purpose
V, in layperson terms, what does it mean to "map a spreadsheet"? [I am familiar with Excel but don't understand if "mapping" is a built-in Excel programming functionality.] THANKS.
