I have seen similar questions, but most are older, so, sorry if this is a repeat.
I have used Total for 15 years. Since CoreLogic took over, the quality seems to have declined. Over the last year, I am having daily issues. Tech support has been awesome, but I am at my wits end with the nonstop issues and looking for a better software program. I only do residential work and am a 1 person business. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bob

How are your PC specs and how old is your computer?

What are these issues that you are having? I can't offer any software alternatives as I think Total is the best program on the market for what we do but maybe we can help alleviate some of your issues if we knew what they were. As Charles ask what are your specifications on this PC?

I would suggest perusing this particular forum. You can click on the individual software provider and read posts concerning each.

I just built a new PC, nothing like starting with a fresh clean install. If this box is over 3-4 years old I would replace it, and keep your old one as a backup/working machine until the new one is up and running.
