Solomon Adjustment Calculator

It’s another tool in the bag, and worth trying for awhile. To offset the cost, you might even be able to get rid of your existing cost manual, since it uses Craftsman cost guide. When I bought it Scott was willing to zoom and give me a rundown on its operation.

I’m a fan of depreciated cost and I’ve been using it a couple years and like it. The cost approach with Craftsman is a plus.

Solomon is excellent and one of the more affordable cost services. The adjustment calculator is only one of the tools Solomon provides. You can also do your Cost Approaches with Solomon.

How do you get accurate depreciation?
They have a 14 day trial offer. It’s easy to use and you can even copy and paste pages into your report for adjustments and new cost if you wish. When I originally tried it I was sold after one day and subscribed. It’s about $15 a month.
