Spending Wife's Bucks

For Christmas my wife gave me a Garmin iQue 3600. Basically a navigational instrument as I see it. Says she paid about $500 at Radio Shack for it.

I'm thinking of returning it and getting a Disto measuring tool.

Any ideas or thoughts on this. I don't see me using the navigational tool everyday.

I see she got you the PDA model. I have to say that I am not familiar with that one. I have a Gamin though. Best thing I have gotten yet for appraising. The time and frustration it saves me is priceless.

Would be very interested in how the Garmin works as a PDA. How does it compare to HP Jornado, Palm Pilot, etc.
