Wondering if anyone has noticed orders from Springhouse declining
I have been working with them for this last 2 years and normally there is a steady flow of orders. Within the last 2 weeks it is down to nearly nothing. So any of u know if there is something going on internally? Trying to figure this out. Thanks for your help

Nope. Except that they're literally half way around the world.

Thought I read a thread the other day, they're swapping to yet another new business name. Probably phasing out the one, to ramp up the other.

And they probably found an even cheaper appraiser to work with.

You have to financialize these companies to work with you, via low fee, or they don't pay attention to you consistently. Race to the bottom.

OUTHOUSE AMC??? Seems that I may have heard of them! :new_all_coholic: My grand maw had an outhouse and a smokehouse and we could feed the chickens thru the floor at her house. It really was a great place to visit! We could draw water from the well and drink from a goard! I miss it very much! Some very good memories!
