Does anyone know the minimum sq.ft. banks are using for condos?
 
F/F do not specify minimum GLA for any housing type except MFG.
 
I agree with above about f/f

This is important: Fannie Mae does not specify minimum size or living area requirements for properties with the exception of manufactured housing (see B4-1.4-01, Factory-Built Housing: Manufactured Housing). There should be comparable of similar size to the subject property to support the general acceptability of a particular property type.

So you may have your work cut out for you;

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) doesn't have a minimum size requirement for most condos and stick-built homes. However, the FHA does require manufactured homes to be at least 400 square feet to qualify for financing.

Not sure without looking it up in 4000.1 about condo's
