New to the group here and wondering if my app could be useful to commercial/multifamily appraisers? Looking for early adopters and can extend it for free.

A. Cash flow analysis and underwriting directly from the Income statements and rent roll PDFs in minutes

Q. What I am looking for?
A. Feedback from appraisers (1) would appraisers find it useful? (2) What additional features to build further on the app and (3) looking for early adopters
