AMC regulation has been signed into law in NM.
Property, I was curious to know if did it make any different in their behavior and activity in that state? Did the state required those who were working as QC or assigners for AMCs to get state license and be liable to the USPAP similar to appraisers?

Thanks for the mention, but the Florida Legislature has too many other things on their plate this year.

When time permits I plan to post the success stories from around the country. Right now, all I know of is Utah and Arkansas.

I don't know why smaller states are always ahead of larger states. Florida and California are two larger states with the most foreclosures and housing problem. They have to act faster than smaller states. If they don't, they are going to be forced by appraisal subcommittee to regulate them as it is going to be the law very soon

Have you ever tried to back-up an 18 wheeler into a compact shopping mall space? We have too many chiefs, many roads to cross.
