I think I saw something very similar 2 years ago. I'd love to know the status of Titan as well. I'm trying to decide if I renew Total or just move on. I'm tired of waiting for Titan and there is better desktop software out there. Not to mention that this is now CoreLogic.

... I just noticed something. Your comment above refers to Titan DRIVE. I think DRIVE is different that Titan cloud software. I think drive is just storing your files online. I'm not sure if its different than the current Vault

Haven't heard anything new here either, and I'm "Elite" with Total ....

I will say, I am not a fan of their SmartExchange so I hope Titan isn't going that way too

Glad you mentioned you have 'elite'. I was just looking at Titan and wondering if Elite members had anything different.

youre right. what do you see when you go to titanappraisal.com? is that the same thing you are talking about?

Seeing Titan Drive really starts to make me wonder about how Titan will work. I had assumed everything you did in Titan would automatically be stored in the cloud. But with the companion software of Titan Drive, I now expect that Titan will not save all your reports in the cloud. I'll bet that they set it up like Vault Express is setup with the basic/Silver membership and Titan will only keep the last 10 reports in the cloud and the rest you will need to download and store yourself. Not necessarily bad if it makes for a cheaper option to try it out. This also gives alamode the option to sell you the upcharge Titan Drive or the full Elite package so that all your files are always in the cloud.

I really think Titan will not catch on much. The way to be mobile is with a laptop. And one still has to be connected to the internet to utilize Total’s full abilities. I can connect via my smartphone as a hot spot and use my full program on my laptop. But you don’t need the internet on a program if you don’t need to download maps etc.

I sure am not going to pay extra for Titan as an Elite member already paying through the nose. The one thing that would be different is that one can use a MAC without a virtual machine. But I have a virtual machine that works great. So still not feeling the “love.”

Yes, wondering too. I have the Silver package with a couple of add-ons. Subscription up on Jan 5. I a trying Appraise-it by SFREP but not a big fan yet. I do like the way they do photos. It works better for the way I handle photos and jpg or png inserts. Most of my reports are one of a kind, so much of the bells and whistles are not a big help in WinTotal. As I near retirement I do not push the volume and prefer to take the local bank, estate and other specialty jobs than AMC work. I might even look at Homeputer as a basic program that can do reports for the AMX's (xml, env, etc).

My lInux computer runs fine and the appraisal program in a W7 virtual box has less problems than running directly on a windows machine, but still has regular hangs. SFREP is not any better in the virtual box and page layout is less intuitive for me.

Most of the fees I have seen on any browser-based program coming out are still high. Appraise-it would same me about 30% of what the Silver Wintotal renew is.

The video's on Appraiser-it Pro, the new version coming out looks better than Appraise-It, but I have to make a decision before it is likely available.
