Is anyone else having a problem getting into the Streetlinks Pipefire website over the past few days? Their regular (non-appraiser) website is operating fine.

We've tried it on IE11, IE10, and I even pulled out an old laptop and used IE9. We've even used Vista, Win 7, and Win 8. No luck. It keeps giving us a Page Cannot Be Displayed error. And, yes, we tried the compatibility modes as well.

I have a call in to their tech support but was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

Maybe they are BK7 As well.....

I was able to log in.

Mudd, which browser are you using?

Not sure if it's related, but a bunch of website hosting companies were bought up by one company and were being updated yesterday and it caused problems into today. One of my banking sites was down along with one of our local news sites.

Just went on SL site and it was working with chrome. Didn't try to login tho (don't remember my login info).

Take 2 aspirin and log in tomorrow morning. :new_all_coholic:

I have had no prob accessing my work with them over the past two days since the OP.

Update --

Within the last week, we obtained a new ISP. Got rid of Broadband DLS and a new local provider installed FIOS to our home (a brand new service in my rural area). I spent two hours on the phone with their tech support trying to figure out why this one website, Streetlinks, keeps giving me a Can't Display this Page error (says the connection was refused). Their tech support folks actually got on the phone with Streetlinks tech support and worked with them for awhile. Streetlinks then contacted me and I worked with them for over an hour.

No luck.

For some very, very strange reason, my computers (I have three in the house) will NOT talk to the Streetlinks website. Even stranger is that, if I take my Android cellphone off my home network and onto the Sprint network, I can log into the Streetlinks website with no problem. Every other https: website that I use (banking, Defense Department, online shopping, etc.) is accessed easily through my home wireless network.

It's possible that I'll end up having to create an Internet hotspot using my cellphone just to access the Streetlinks website for the few orders that we do for them. At least I'll be able to view their website and view/print the attachments they provide to complete their orders.

I did get a follow-up email from Streetlinks' IT department that said there appears to be no problem on their end.

Like most of us, occasionally we'll have an IT issue that baffles us. But this one is just frustrating as hell because it's this ONE website that I can't access.

Damnest thing ever. m2:
