Streetlinks are now offering to pay appraisers $50 to do reviews. Doug Myers may have received a offer to do a BPO for $75-80. Are they doing away with full appraisals?By the way is any of you Indiana appraisers busy now. Seem like the work flow has certainly slowed down recently.Maybe the economy is not as good as the media and the stockmarket says it is.

Gosh who know Ken. You can contact Tony at Streetlinks and ask him! I am like you Ken, work is slow for this time of year, although I had 8 orders in the past 3 days. The economy is not doing so good for us common folk, only for the rich...SIGH...

I just passed on a field review from Landsafe. 6 sales, 2 listings in a very rural town.

"how much do you pay?" me

"How much do you charge?" LS

"What do you typically pay for this?" me

"We usually pay $200" LS

"I would need 3 times that friend, sorry" me

Maybe call them? lol

I think I will pass on that LOL

Street links wanted meto do an FHA for $275 I said 350 they said goodbye lol

I am curious to know why Streetlinks, created by licensed appraisers in Indiana, is not paying their Indiana appraisers Customary and Reasonable fees, as required by the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform legislation passed last year. They know all too well that $240-275(FHA) and $200-240(URAR) is not Customary and Reasonable in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. When was the last time one of the original creators of Streetlinks completed an appraisal assignment for the beforementioned fees? I am going to go with NEVER for the answer to that.

Perhaps you could call Tony and ask him? Welcome to the forum. Hop right on in and get involved with the forum. Good place to learn a few things and meet new people.
