Client ordered a 1004 report. I assume it's the 1004UAD form that they require.
Client ALSO needs a Supplemental Value Addendum, so I have added that form to the report file.
When I begin typing data into the Supplemental Value Addendum, it's changing what's already in the 1004UAD form.
Is there a workaround, a way to write protect the data in the 1004UAD so the existing data does not change?

I left a ticket for ACI on Friday. They have not gotten back to me yet.
I became a one man operation at the end of 2019 when my appraisal clerk took another job, so I'm attempting to figure this out on my own.

This is for a purchase but not a conventional purchase. Is the non UAD 1004 form the one to use?

Is this for AppraisalNation?*

I'm finding this form in Bradford... it appears to be client-oriented.

What a stupid addendum. I'd tell them to take a hike.

Nationwide is not a client or intended user of the results.
