Did you see what he said? The goal is to provide an accurate value estimate, not just a credible one. This is another blow to USPAP. That's one of the reasons I suggested we eliminate USPAP for work in the secondary market.

Again FNMA discriminates against rural properties because there is no way with minimal data that an appraiser can make an 'accurate' estimate' and what does that even mean? Close counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and appraisal opinions....not accuracy.
