Taking On Trainees In Nj

Does anybody know the requirements?

I don't THINK there are any requirements. I have a couple trainees. They let the state know I am their mentor, I signed something saying it was true. (actually got a couple letters from the state saying Mr. X has stated that you are agreeing to be their mentor, when in fact I wasn't).

I have also added them to my E&O and thats about it. Just make sure your clients are OK with trainee inspecting.
