Targeting Real Estate Agents

With all the buying and selling of properties, I have been getting some jobs directly from Real Estate Agents. I would like to send a marketing letter to some of the Local Agencies in my area. How should I do this, does anyone have a sample letter that I could use to give me some kind of idea on what to say. If you could help please email me @ JLiberatore@comcast.net

What kind of assignments do you get from real estate agents where they are your client?

The Real Estate Agents are not my client, but in fact refer me to the lending companies because of my turn-around time. I have received three jobs in the last 2 months, because a realtor referred me to the buyers lending company.

So, I guess what Im loking for is if anyone else has tried to reach out to Realtors and if so how did they do it?
