no response from tech support for two days from ACI. not able to engage their chat feature. not able to get a response from email. on hold with phone call for more than an hour - no response. Are they still in business?

I think they must have finally gone under. I am having the same problem with no response and no support. I have been on hold for an hour at a time twice today and still have not spoken to anyone

I am having the same problem - I cant even pay my annual dues. Have you guys heard anything. What, if any, are you switching to. I have been with ACI for 33 years when they were MCS. By the way after waiting for 1/2 hour on the phone my call was switched to First American main number and the Lady never even heard of them.

No they are still there. They are all working remotely so apparently things take longer.
