The Case for Viture XR Glasses: Preserving Vision and Boosting Productivity

I would add that when I bought a pair of Viture glasses in June, I got a good price at $369, but then I found out several weeks later they came out with a significantly improved LUMA series, so, still in the 30-day trial period, I sent my glasses back and did get the refund. Now I really would like the Luma Ultra glasses - but they are $599, or about $660 after sales tax. That's a big difference in price. I can't bring myself to order them because the price is over a certain common-sense threshold. Even the Pro is still $499 or about $550. -- I've got a good monitor system, I can certainly live without them for a while longer.

Maybe I'll change my mind and get my license renewed, although I don't plan to do appraisals again. However, if I continue to research and program for valuation, California has the most restrictive laws in the country for discussing market value without a license. And consider that even if you let your license expire in California, the BREA still considers you an appraiser. ("appraisers with an expired license have 2 years to renew yada yada yada ..." And Claude said that appraisers who let their license expire are worse off than people who never got their license in the first place, due to increased scrutiny. .... really a damn waste of money though.
