Did your $500 million listing ever sell? I was talking to this builder last year and he was saying he has a person trying to build a smaller version on that house on this street.

Iirc the highest price paid around here so far is $200Mil? a few years ago, buyer was Petra Ecclestone?
Can't lay my mouse on it right now, is in Holmby Hills I think. Big house, big lot, but not a view property.
Out of my league. Doubt anyone here is in that league.
