Things are slow in Indiana, but some of the appraisers working for low fees AMC are busier. I do mostly VA work and the volume is increasing. I cannot work as long or as hard as I used too, so I am concentrating in other real estate fields at this time that will make me money and hopefully get out of appraising in a few years.
