The Site Is Really Buggy

Have to repeatedly attempt to post or get into a forum or thread. The Forum is really difficult to navigate with repeated attempts to load being complained about from everyone. Getting the OOPS pop up or this time and again

I just tried to post a 661kb pix and it claimed the post was too long.... had to delete the photo. The post was only 2 lines long.

It has been for quite some time. The problem is that it is a very old code base. Life is getting difficult for the old code bases. Upgrading to the latest version of say vBulletin - would require pulling over all the customizations and data. Most likely very difficult.

I have a vBulletin forum - it has never gotten off the ground, as I have other things to do first.

Its probably hard for them to make enough $$ when 99% of the posts come from 1% of the members.
