My workflow is changing so fast. With Claude, ChatGPT and Grok-2 to give me the best expert advice, I have so much work to do so many things to attend to. Organizing everhthing and keeping track of it has become a big problem.
So, where do I turn? Elgato Stream Deck, Keyboard Maestro, Todoist, Raindrop, OneNote - and many other apps.
I now have two Elgato Stream Deck XLs and one Stream Deck Plus.
So, if I use PyCharm for Python, I have a button to bring that up. Also, since I will eventually have a ton of overlapping windows hiding most of the other windows, it gets to be a headache chasing down a window to bring in focus. So on my Stream Deck, for every app key I have a "Top zzz" key, e.g. "Top Pycharm" key that when I press it brings the PyCharm window front and center. Very efficient, very fast. Raindrop makes it easy to drop web links into a dictionary so I can easily find them again if needed. The OneNote is so great for storing the questions and replies from Grok-2, Claude and ChatGPT. Do I want to bring up AppraisersForum.com? Just push a button for that. No messing around. Do I want to run RStudio - just press a button. Do I want to bring up Word for Research Paper A, just press a button. Yes, I have multiple Word buttons for multiple documents I am working on.
What does this all mean? --->. I can do a lot more work.
