Will you please stop asking me if I'd like to try out Titan Analytics?
Please...
Please...
I just use the 1004mc worksheet that goes with Total. I make my own graphs.
What I see as a weakness of the 1004mc is simply the numbers of sale/listing inputted is way to small OR its so confusing on what you use as your data creates a misleading picture. The problem as i see it is well explained in this link Values and Limitations of Statistical Models
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3203205/
The MC form is definitely strengthened in cases where there are lots of data, like a rowhouse in Washington, DC, where I have 100 similar properties in the same neighborhood for that year. It's weaker where the subject is unique, rural areas, or here there just hasn't been much movement in the time frame in which you are working...
Once you set it up correctly you can do the 1004mc in about 30 seconds. Can anyone explain how good a tool titan analytics is in practical terms. What can you get from it besides the auto fill of a 1004mc?
