I just thought I would pass this along to those who use Titan. When using the square footage adjustment feature in Titan and you use their rounding function, you will probably have a rounding error. (Total rounds correctly)

I don't use Titan often but in the fall of 2021, I noticed that the rounding was incorrect. There is a drop-down menu where you select if you want to round to 10, 50, 100, or 1000. However, if you chose to round to 100 you will round to 500. You have to choose the 50 option to round to 100. I think the 10 and 1000 round properly.

I called support and reminded them about the issue. They said," I see your original support ticket and the developers have not fixed it yet". It should be an easy fix for a junior developer. If you compare the rounding function to Total the drop-down minutes are different. Total has 10,100,500,1000. which makes sense when you have to select 50 in Titan to round to 100. Titan's drop-down menu is just labeled incorrectly.
