First your files disappeared, now you're getting two of everything? Have you compared the file time and date stamps to make sure they're identical versions? You might post the filepaths here so we can try and help.I'm having problems with Total and using OverDrive.

Also, sign on to OneDrive to view your files. Use your email and click the "Forgot Password" button and follow the prompts...
Based on Mike's posts regarding computers, he's very adept on them....you're not. You're going to make his head explode with your computer problems....stop.
