I'm having problems with Total and using OverDrive.
For some reason, I'm getting two of same files in my folders.
I hope Total will fix this problem.

Are you positive it's a Total issue and not OverDrive (what is OverDrive btw)

Throw it into OverDrive Fernando.... the AMC needs the report!

First your files disappeared, now you're getting two of everything? Have you compared the file time and date stamps to make sure they're identical versions? You might post the filepaths here so we can try and help.

Mike..Miiikke...it's Fernando. He'll really muck his computer up if he starts poking around on it.

Fernando.... take your computer back to your Tech and have him help you. Yes, it will cost you money.... that's your fault.

Also, sign on to OneDrive to view your files. Use your email and click the "Forgot Password" button and follow the prompts...

Based on Mike's posts regarding computers, he's very adept on them....you're not. You're going to make his head explode with your computer problems....stop.

It's a learning process. At least we aren't talking Windows ME and à la mode. I used to lose entire reports and have to go through the process to restore, working day and night. A couple of days ago it took me 10 hours of fiddling before my new motherboard would accept a USB BIOS upload so it would recognize the newer CPU on the new build I am doing. Very frustrating but always instructive.

Why pay Tech. I have two copies in my folder. Just let it be.
In meantime, I turned off OverDrive, in case I get three copies later. Total and OverDrive conflict with each other.
