While writing a report at 9:30 p.m. tonight, an Instant Customer Update popped up on my screen from Total. Now when I try to print to Adobe Distiller, nothing happens. And I get the error message :Janus GridEX Control 2.0, Invalid Argument. What the hell has Total done to my computer?????????????

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Hope Tech Support can help.

In the meantime, I would suggest taking two aspirins (for your benefit) and try defragging your hard drive. I find that defragging sometimes corrects glitches in Windows that lead to problems in programs.

I got a respnse from Tech Support. See the post under General Discussion titled "WARNING!!! READ THIS NOW!!!"

David,

See my post over in the main forum under your topic. It may be of help to you.

Ben

Also, you might try deleting your temp files - both internet and Windows. That always makes my computer sigh with relief.
