Hello! I am nearing the completion of my 15-hour USPAP training to be licensed here in VA. I would love to connect with Certified Residential appraisers whom I could practice under to satisfy my experience hours. Is there anyone in VA who is currently in need? I have been a licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of VA for 6 years, and I am looking to really take off in my appraisal career. I am familiar with Hampton Roads with an emphasis on Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and Hampton, along with central VA in the RVA community and surrounding counties of Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, Dinwiddee, Goochland, and Powhatan.
