Transfering Appraisal License

Hello all! Looking to transfer my NYS Appraisal License to Georgia. How is the market down there? Unsure about location as of yet. Would like some feedback as to how to go about this. I've had my NYS license for over 25 years, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
