The Charleston Chapter of the SC Professional Appraisers Coalition will be having our Happy Hour get-together on Wednesday May 18th at DIG in the Park, North Charleston. This gathering starts at 4:30pm and lasts a couple of hours -- or until the Bartender cuts us off. DIG has a wonderful list of Specials, both food and brews. This event is open to all interested parties, you don't have to be a member of SCPAC to join in.
This is a chance to network with other Appraisers and to see what's being done on behalf of all of us Real Estate Evaluators across the Palmetto State. There will be a brief Legislative Update, and perhaps some pointers on how to get those last few hours of Continuing Education before License Renewal time.
Everybody in the Lowcountry knows where Dig in the Park is located, but if you need to set your GPS to the following co-ordinates -- 1049 East Montague Avenue.
