Do appraisers think the planned large tariffs by trump will cause inflation again?
I always believed in free market capitalism. It appears most economists agree with me and those tariffs are going to break us! Maybe the multiple bankrupcies of his could be a factor. What y'all think?

Dealing with countries that used underpaid or "slave" labor or that subsidize the industries to reduce their costs is not free market capitalism and you forgot he is talking about targeted tariffs. Which they forget to factor in.

Increasing costs of supplies is always going to hurt and get passed down. The tariffs will also slow production even more. anything that drive up costs without a corresponding increase in quality or wages (which increases buying power) is going to adversely affect the consumer. If you are selling appliances on the wholesale side and increase your price to cover tariffs, your customers are going to have to increse their prices to their customers. Basic market place stuff. Higher wholesale cost=higher retail cost. Can't sell stuff for less than you pay for it.
