I am seeking advice to find an experience tutor to guide me in advanced income capitalization methods, Economic Analysis, and Statistics using HP12c financial calculator. Personal focal points include Reversion, Yield, and Growth. In Economic Analysis Valuating specific business (Office space, Warehouse, Regional mall, etc). Other areas include Geometry, Scatter plots and correlation. Must be affluent with HP12c calculator.
