Two Houses, One Report?

I have an assignment for 2 adjacent houses to be built on a splitting lot. The floor plans are legal. I will be valuing each property separately, identically, but putting both under one report. That's the difference in working with a narrative report for a non-conforming loan vs doing a conforming conventional report on a form. Easy report writing 101. Just saying....
