UAD 3.6 Grok, Claude, ChatGPT and the delay of 3.6

It’s interesting to see the response in Grok concerning 3.6. You can get very specific answers and some of the replies even reference this forum and Reddit. I find the industry “excuses” for the delays to be somewhat amusing. As November 2 gets closer will Grok be bullied by the Buzz and friends when they begin blaming luddites for their train wreck?

Appraiser sound like they might be the only ones ready for it. The GSE’s, AMC’s and software companies need to get their act together, appraisers will either quit or do the new forms when they’re requested. Certainly nobody is saying the holdup is on the appraisers end?

I am starting to think there’s a legitimate possibility that 20 to 30% of the appraisers just walk away. In which case that will be a disaster for lending and the GSE’s.

That's why I find the answers from Grok more credible (and accurate) than the nonstop PR from GSEs, CE mills The Buzz and their underlings. I may be completely wrong, but I'm anticipating an additional year with 2.6. Who knows, there may be an extended period where 3.6 and 2.6 are both acceptable. When in doubt ask Grok, plus Grok isn't trying to sell us trinkets, software & CE courses. Better yet, Grok isn't giving arrogant lectures on topics he doesn't know anything about!
