UAD 3.6 Report Writing Concept

I've been playing around with some ideas regarding UAD 3.6. The UX/UI never quite felt right to me with existing report writing solutions even with the old forms. It seems like these things should be "inspection-first" where the inspection data is assisted with some optional AI classification and flows directly into the report (pre-fill some fields automatically).

The idea here is you use a mobile app for the inspection where the photos are automatically classified, tagged and grouped, voice notes with transcription (optional for those who like to dictate), LiDar for interior scans (maybe, if the tech works). Then the dictation and transcript, photos, etc syncs to the report writing app. I've got a basic concept for the inspection app working sans-LiDar.

Here's some concepts for a web app, which is intended to be both keyboard navigation (same shortcuts as TOTAL) and touch friendly and quick lists shown when not too long instead of behind endless menus:

- Inspection view: https://appraisal-flow-reports.vercel.app/views/inspection.html (this would come from mobile app, but editable in web app)
- Report view: https://appraisal-flow-reports.vercel.app/views/report.html (aligns with 3.6, relevant section is noted)
- Report preview: https://appraisal-flow-reports.vercel.app/views/preview.html (click the side menu for navigation to specific section)

Does this layout make sense? Intuitive? Dumpster fire? What's missing?

Fire away.

As far as I am concerned. Any software should use the 'KISS" approach. Make all of the bells and whistles you want as add ons or optional functions. But don't shove them down my throat
