Uad Client(s)

An AMC wants to be named as the Client/Lender. They say it is a UAD requirement.
Anybody know if this is true?

Ask them if they are referring to page 5 of the URAR which is the signature page. They are correct that the UAD requires the name of the AMC where it is labeled Name under the Lender/Client section. The actual Lender/Client shows up in the Company Name right below that.
