Be patient! They were just convicted--I'm sure any State Board would hesitate until after the legal proceedings had concluded. I suspect that "one" will go down soon.

Nice find, Jan! I've seen the last name of the appraiser from Stark County before, but I can't remember where...I'm thinking it was in one of the Disciplinary sections of the quarterly newsletter. Go figure, right. It's been awhile since I saw it, though.

Wonder if the appraisers were paid their C&R fees? Can you imagine someone gets over $100,000 and the appraiser that lost their livelihood probably only received a couple of hundred. I can not see taking that kind of risk myself.
