I looked at this house yesterday and I was taking photos of the house outside.
Occupant hanged what appeared to be underwear items which are in my photo taking.
Should I have asked given occupant option whether to remove them?

Just blur them out. That would give the readers of the report a laugh coming up with reasons why.

I don't like to blur my photos. I'm very transparent nothing to hide.

Let it rip. The occupant would have known your coming and they chose to hang the laundry. Not your problem. Really know difference than an unkept yard or landscaping.

You gave the owner the option to remove them…..when you booked the appointment. I only care about what my client doesn’t want in the photos (people and photos of people). Laundry, unmade beds, breakfast on the table….they knew I was coming.

The guy had a red Tesla in his driveway (you pay premium to get red color).
It's rather odd that my rear photo shows some undies drying outside. At least if it was Armani....

As long as it was not your underwear, leave it in the photo.

Are you insane? Or do you just like to be in the top on number of posts? Everyone on the planet knows that some people wear underwear.

My neighbor hangs their clothes every morning.
I hang mine to on my large balcony surrounded by vegetations so hard to see.
My point is that occupant knew I was coming. I guess some don't care to hang their underwear. It's not often I see them hanging out when I'm there.
