I heard this week the average homeowner utility cost for heating this winter will be up around 10%. Do you think that might impact real property values?
 
My wife said turn on the heat. Don't you go cheap on me!

Think about being on a fixed income and your heating bill jumps 10%. Your social security check or disability check won't jump 10%.
