A client has told me I have to have VA certification to do houses over $1million. Never heard of this. Is anyone familiar?
Sounds like they either don't know what they are talking about or the client has requirements above licensing certification. I have never heard of this.A client has told me I have to have VA certification to do houses over $1million. Never heard of this. Is anyone familiar?

For a non-VA loan? Your client is a fool if that is what they are suggesting.
Where in VA Pam 26-7 is this $1 million limit ?A client has told me I have to have VA certification to do houses over $1million. Never heard of this. Is anyone familiar?

In Oregon ----As of Jan 1, 2022, VA loan limits for all counties in Oregon are $647,200. In California many Counties are at $675,000 to $970,000-- As Far as VA Pam-26-7 dont believe that has loan limits in it or I cant find them but all Lenders have lists of what State and Individual County's limits are. Also some are not all 100% Loans and require down payments. |
He probably meant to say you have to be certified, not licensed, for over the $1 million and threw in the VA part because he is a moron?A client has told me I have to have VA certification to do houses over $1million. Never heard of this. Is anyone familiar?
