The Department of Veterans Affairs is updating the website where program manuals are available to lenders, servicers, appraisers, and other industry partners. LGY is transitioning its manuals and reference materials from the legacy WARMS site to KnowledgeVA (KnowVA)—a centralized, 508-compliant platform that provides faster, more accessible, and more up-to-date information.
VAM 26-4, the VA Servicers Handbook and the VAP 26-7, Lenders Handbook will be published in December. As this transition progresses, users may notice redirects from WARMS pages to their updated locations on KnowVA. Once all essential content is migrated, WARMS will be decommissioned and KnowVA will serve as the primary location for LGY policy manuals.
KnowVA enhances searchability, ensures compliance with accessibility standards, and provides a streamlined experience for industry partners supporting Veterans and their families.
Additional updates, FAQs, and navigation guidance will be shared as new materials become available.
