VA Property Checklist

I'm not a VA appraiser so this area is unfamiliar territory for me. I'm also a realtor and I have a buyer that wants to go VA route. I was looking to see if there is a VA Property Checklist that appraisers use when doing physical inspections. It would be nice to know which properties I can steer away based on what VA would require when doing a full inspection for residential property?

Why would you "steer away" a veteran when a VA loan is the best deal for a veteran. VA inspections are very similar to an FHA inspection. VA Minimum requirements are very similar in any VA Regional Loan Center. Why not contact a VA A;ppraiser in the area where you are and ask them to provide a copy of their regional guidelines.
