VA Sample Appraisal

Hello everyone, I was recently selected to be on the VA Panel and I received my 1st assignments this week. I have attended the online training and read the training material provided. I would like to find a VA sample appraisal so that I can be sure that I include all the requirements for a VA appraisal. I live in Las Vegas and my assignments come from the Regional Loan Center in Phoenix, Az. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Your region may have an Appraisers Guide. It will tell you exactlt what you need in an appraisal. Also, you can search the VA Handbook on the web. It has a chapter on appraisals.

Here is a link. You need to read Chapters 11 & 12.

You should not need a sample after reading those.
