I read the email, from VaCap, regarding an Appraiser acting as an employee of VaCap on Face Book.
Before finding the person guilty, they may very well be, an investigation by FB should make a determination as to the posts being from that individual and not from a hacker/imposter. That happens frequently on FB.
Someone that has seen the post could report it to FB and they would then confirm the origin of the post.
If someone is doing this, and they are licensed by DPOR, does it touch on ethics which could be reportable to DPOR?
