Verizon Blocked alamode.com and alamode Servers Today

I am in Tampa Bay market. Alamode went down, I am on Verizon internet. Alamode tech says their servers are blocked by verizon. I called verizon, 3-5 days resolution. I took my devices to another network and alamode runs just fine. Didn't even know this was possible.

Did Verizon say what the problem was? Verizon uses Crowdstrike.

No. They said they had not seen this before-would open a ticket and 5-7 day resolution expectation. Went to McDonald’s and hopped on the WiFi and all worked fine. Alamode was aware but I spoke with 3 people at Verizon by phone and two on twitter and it was news to all of them. Think a vpn would resolve or do I need to switch carriers ?

My xsite is having issues displaying through Xfinity, which Alamode tells me runs through Verizon.
Alamode is aware of the problem but as the issue intermittent it is difficult to diagnose. At first Alamode was telling me to call Xfinity but now at least they realize the problem is between them and Verizon (or Xfinity) and they are trying to fix it.
