If any one knows who might have old and I mean old sold books for that year of 1995-1996 let me know. I have emailed a few appraisers but nobody has kept them back that far. The Northstar MLS goes back to 1996 but there are very few sales loaded in the MLS then.. I think it was still in transition from paper to computer for a lot of RE companies.
