isn't that what all AMC's do...he should be referred for criminal prosecution  :rof:

Kinda undermines the talking point that the AMCs run the state boards under threat of sueing them if they don't submit.

Meanwhile the complaint doesn't mention fee predation or engaging incompetent appraisers.

Sure can't. I never understood why an AMC would ever threaten to turn an appraiser in. If there is a material USPAP violation, then the AMC is required by law to turn the appraiser in. It is not a threat, it is required by law :)

don't they call them revision requests or ROV's... :rof:

At Financial Asset Services, a lot of hard work goes into making sure your job is as simple as possible. From tailoring our processes to match yours, to going beyond the scorecard, to never putting a client on hold, we are built on one uncomplicated philosophy: Making it simple for you.

which AMC do you work for.... :rof:

Never have I ever. I'm operating as an outside observer to the conflict. I'm biased towards the interests of the appraisers, but not enough to indulge in foolishment or to lie for them. I might be wrong , but I'm not for sale.
