Does anyone know of a Virtual Assistant company or a company that specializes in appraisals on a per-appraisal basis for typing ? I'm not busy enough to hire someone full time. I just need help every now and then with three or four appraisals every couple of weeks when I get busy.

Are you still looking for a virtual assistant?
I handle MLS input, subject/comps, and formatting in both ClickForms and TOTAL (a la mode). I’m USPAP certified and have completed the Principles and Procedures courses, so I understand the process and the importance of accuracy.
I focus on clean, consistent setups that are easy to review and finalize.
